Making an appointment.
As we are a small boutique practice, we may not always be able to work with all presenting concerns. It is important that we gather some brief information regarding your presenting concerns prior to us scheduling appointments to ensure we will be the best service for you.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact us via phone or email. Please provide your name, mobile number, and email address, along with a brief description of why you are seeking our services. If your difficulties lie outside of our scope of practice, we will do our best to assist you to find an appropriate service to meet your needs.
Once we have determined if we will be a good fit, we will gather contact information and discuss making appointments. If you have a Medicare referral or have any Third-Party funding, we will need to be provided with this information prior to your first appointment.
Once we have booked your initial appointment, you will receive a welcome email with your appointment times and dates, location, parking information and further information about us.
